Each note carries a metaline: date · rubric · word count · revision. Word count and revision are automatic; you set the date and rubric above.
Markdown. # or ## starts a numbered section, an image on its own line becomes a full-width figure, and a fenced rec block renders as a record extract. Paste or drop a screenshot straight into the text — GIFs keep moving. A heavy GIF is better exported as .mp4: same loop, a fraction of the weight, and it plays smoothly. Whatever you type between the brackets of  becomes the caption. The preview on the right is exactly what publishes.
